Adam, originating from the beautiful country of Montenegro and later emigrating to the States, came with a background in manufacturing and engineering and quickly became enthralled with the precision machining industry. When the opportunity arose after consistently holding three jobs at a time, he chose to seek out the American Dream – entrepreneurship, and V&S Engineering came to be.

With enthusiasm after having lived in the east coast, Adam sought out the California sunshine, first setting up roots in Los Angeles and ultimately landing in Orange County. In April 1974, V&S opened its doors on West State Street and soon moved to a larger, more modern, permanent site on Research Drive, Huntington Beach. Initially, V&S was a key player in the aerospace frontier, winning accolades and helping NASA with mission-critical space components and assemblies. Since then, V&S has expanded into servicing a multitude of industries. As a result, we continue to manufacture parts that drive the world forward.

Throughout his life and tenure at V&S, Adam has been teaching the second and third generations the intricacies of the industry while slowly scaling back and focusing on his many other passions. In 2022, his daughters and son-in-law came together to lead V&S in celebrating over 50 years of continued family legacy.
